ABOUT US

Big D Technology Solutions, Inc. was started in August 2007 in Hartford, SD.  In 2010, the business moved to Sioux Falls, SD.  Due to growth, it moved again to its current location at 3500 S. Sheldon Lane, Ste 104 in 2011.  We still maintain our home office in rural Hartford, SD.

The President, Daren Anderson, has more than 33 years experience in varying positions including information technology management, systems analysis, software development, and training/technical support.  He is a graduate of Dakota State University, where he received his Master’s of Science Degree in Information Systems with emphasis is E-Commerce, Networking, and Databases.  He received a double Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems and Management of Information Systems from National American University in Sioux Falls. He is also a graduate of Leadership Sioux  Falls – 2013. Daren is an active volunteer in several community organizations.

We provide technical expertise for a wide range of customer projects, focusing on computer repair, online backup/recovery, network security, software development, hardware/software sales, and email marketing support/social media. We direct entire project life cycle, from meeting with clients to determine requirements to designing solutions to implementing completed projects. We effectively direct all aspects of mission-critical customer projects, driving client revenue through better electronic marketing, greater visibility, and consistent system operations. We provide a superior level of work and customer support to maintain an established customer base.
